Privacy Policy

The short version

This website has no accounts, no contact form, no advertising and no analytics. We do not set cookies and we do not track you across sites. If you email or message us, we keep that conversation. That is the whole picture.

What is collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for every request, as any web server does. These may include your IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and a timestamp.

We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or faults. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not sold or shared for marketing.

What you give us directly

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we hold whatever you send: your name, contact details and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, if it turns into work, to run that engagement.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us.

Cookies

peacroft.com sets no cookies of its own and embeds no third-party trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change ships, and a notice will appear on the site.

Who else is involved

Running a website means a small number of service providers necessarily process requests on our behalf:

• Our hosting and content delivery provider, which serves the pages and keeps the server logs described above.
• Our DNS and domain registrar, which resolves peacroft.com.
• Our email provider, which carries messages sent to hello@peacroft.com.

Where data is held

Our hosting and email providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in more than one jurisdiction. Where that happens, we rely on the contractual protections offered by those providers.

How long we keep things

Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded by our provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the relationship, or as long as applicable law requires us to retain business records.

Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP), you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how it is used, or to provide a copy. You may also withdraw consent where our processing relies on it.

Email hello@peacroft.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
